MARINATED SALMON (GRAV LAX)
We only produce it from high-quality, chilled salmon. Each fillet is cut by hand, not by machines. Our salmon is marinated according to a recipe learned in Norway: with salt, sugar, dill grown by us, and a special blend of pepper, vodka or brandy. Our marinating process is natural, therefore it is slow. The product is prepared in 7 days, and then frozen. It can be stored in the freezer (at -18°C) for 6 months and then thawed before serving.
We vacuum pack whole fillets (2-2.5 kg) and in 200 g pieces.
